Simply put: OUTSTANDING! I called with a problem and they solved it! But, not just A to B... they had great timely updates, amazing care and concern, and customer service through the roof! I highly recommend Star Connection and my highest regards for Sarah and Matt!

When we called to make our appt we were shocked to get a next day appt. Tyler came out this morning and assessed the situation and explained the options we had. He explained why we would/would not get signal from out antenna. He tried first to use our existing equipment but in the end we opted to go with a stronger new antenna with a booster. We now have more local stations than ever before, which is what we wanted. Tyler was quick and courteous. We highly recommend going with Star Connection!

Starting with Sara who answered my phone call initially; to Sam the Service Mgr; to Ty my service repair **Super Tech**, I cannot express how terrific this Team is!! Questions answered on the phone to prompt next day service call, BAM!! I have to say, Ty whom came out to my RV undoubtedly had to be the most knowledgeable gentleman ever. I cannot thank him enough.Hats off to this company for providing the best Customer Service I've seen, literally in decades!! Problem solved and back up and running. 😉

I cannot say enough good things about these folks! After being a "direct customer" with one of the satellite TV providers I decided to investigate Star Connection. I was really tired of trying to get help with a person on the end of an 800 number, (that didn't speak English), when ever I needed some assistance. I had heard about this LOCAL company in Wisconsin that provided access to the same companies that I needed to access and so I went to the office, walked in and had a real live human being that listened, understood my problems, and changed to one of the similar providers, (DISH), helped me to evaluate my needs and FIXED ME UP! I have been back to add a TV, their man came to the house and connected me, no problem! I cannot say enough good things!!!

Star connection was very prompt in returning my call for service work. Technician was at our place within a couple hours and fixed the connection problem efficiently and expertly. Very happy with service and professionalism!

The service with the Star office associate was great, she was very helpful and checked in with us often. The installer who installed Viasat internet was very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions. As new customers to our area we are very happy with Star and Viasat.

Wonderful tech. Matt answered all our questions, which there were many. Can't say we'd want any different. He was kind, patient and so very helpful. Great employee.

After giving a bad review a service technician came out and fixed the problem that I had and I was pretty happy with that so now I give Chad a five-star rating.

You can start with more knowledgeable staff and pricing. Lack of product knowledge is what turned me off.
